Question 1

Where is the Health Plus Mobile clinic located?

Accepted Answer

Our clinic is at 12335 N Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277, in the Ballantyne area. Walk-in clients are welcome by appointment. Both the initial assessment and recurring sessions can be completed at the clinic if a clinic setting is your preference.

Question 2

Can I do the initial assessment at the clinic instead of at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The combined initial assessment, which includes the Teladoc consultation with Dr. Doug Jordan, DC and the hands-on mapping session with your technician, can be completed in the clinic or at your home. Both formats run back-to-back as a single visit.

Question 3

Is there a difference in care quality between the in-clinic and in-home visits?

Accepted Answer

No. The clinical work is identical in both formats. The same equipment, protocols, physician oversight, and certified Chiropractic Assistants apply. The setting changes; the care does not.

Question 4

Do I pay the $50 travel fee if I live close to the clinic?

Accepted Answer

Only if you choose the in-home option. Clients who come to the clinic do not pay the travel fee, regardless of proximity. The fee is a flat amount across the service area for the convenience of in-home delivery.

Question 5

What does the initial assessment include?

Accepted Answer

Your initial assessment is one combined appointment that pairs a Teladoc consultation with Dr. Doug Jordan, DC and a hands-on mapping session with your technician. Both happen back-to-back during the same visit.

Question 6

How long is each session?

Accepted Answer

Sessions typically run thirty minutes or less, depending on the treatment area. The duration is roughly the same for both clinic and in-home visits.

Question 7

Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

No referral is required. Care begins with the initial assessment, which includes the Teladoc consultation as part of the appointment rather than a separate prior step.

Question 8

What does in-clinic or in-home recovery care cost?

Accepted Answer

New clients begin with a $67 introductory initial assessment. In-home visits include a $50 travel fee, while in-clinic visits do not. Full package pricing is shared during your assessment.

Question 9

Is SoftWave Therapy appropriate for older adults?

Accepted Answer
